What is the quality of materials you use?
Our copper range hoods, chimney pots, etc... are made from pure sheet copper. We never use copper plated steel and it is never recycled copper from other countries.

Is there a difference between your copper products and those other guys?
Definitely. Every piece from our design studio is 100% hand-made-to-order for our clients. Our goal as the seller and fabricator is to offer the customer a direct line of communication prior to fabrication so that all needs are met. For our prices, you will not find a better combination of customer service, high quality craftsmanship and on time product delivery, guaranteed!

Quite simply, there is an unexplainable look you get from a copper piece which has been handcrafted rather than machine produced in some or all steps of the way. We make ours to order - each and every time.

What is your order/production process?
First, contact us by phone or email so we can open the discussion to your needs. After you have chosen a style you will be given the opportunity to customize the design by adding your own decorative elements. This might include elegant brass strapping to match your brass cabinet pulls, or an island vent hood framed in stainless steel to complement your commercial-grade appliances.

How long will it take to make?
This depends on many factors, including custom materials availability, current workload, and the intricacy/size of the project. For smaller jobs we may be able to ship in as little as 2 weeks. For larger projects expect a 4-6 week delivery time.

How much does shipping run?
Large items such as copper range hoods and awnings must be shipped as freight, which is roughly $150 to $300 depending on location. Smaller items such as planter boxes and copper chimney pots can be shipped UPS/FedEX ground. No matter which shipment method is best for your order, we continually monitor the different carrier rates to get you the lowest cost at that particular time.
